Our products are protected by industrial use designs of the Industrial Property Office. We actively defend ourselves against copies of our designs. Hatches are designed to protect and allow access to a diverse range of underground infrastructure.

Our products are certified according to the valid ČSN EN 124-3 standard exclusively by the Technical and Test Institute for Construction Prague, SOE, the largest testing and certification organization in the Czech Republic in the field of conformity assessment of construction products, an internationally recognized provider of comprehensive services in this field.

Our services do not end with the production and sale of the individual hatch, we also offer other services such as delivery to the required destination and installation of the product.

The company HEACO XM has teamed up with one of the leading Central European prefabricated products manufacturers in order to deliver high-quality prefabricated hatches and chambers delivered to the site and ready for immediate installation. The prefabricated approach is advantageous compared to traditional in situ installation methods, since the factory design is always achieved, the construction produced off-site minimizes risks and reduces installation time significantly.

Installation time may be measured in minutes. Therefore, no requirement by the investor is unusual for us, for example: you need to install the hatch at night on a highly frequented traffic junction and have it roadworthy in 420 minutes. We will prepare an individual offer tailored to your needs.

We adhere to all the principles and provisions of the ISO 3834-2 standard “Quality requirements for fusion welding of metal materials - Part 2: Comprehensive quality requirements”.

Our services do not end with the manufacture, delivery and installation of the product. We offer you service day or night, Monday to Sunday.

We provide service and warranty for our products for 48 months. Post-warranty service is performed twice a year, in the spring period (April-May) and as an advance preparation for the winter period (October-November). Service consists of the examination, inspection, maintenance, maintenance marking and product safety protocol.

We offer our services in the area of remediation, which ensures that the remediation of concrete structures will be carried out in a truly professional and efficient manner so that the concrete constructions may be handed over to future generations in proper condition. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the remediation process with high-quality and time-tested materials using modern technologies. Only in this way it is possible to achieve excellent results as a standard during the remediation process, it means to carry out the remediation is as cost effective as possible while achieving the required durability of the rehabilitated construction.

In addition to the implementation of anti-corrosion protection itself, we also process coating system designs according to the customer's specifications. When selecting and implementing the coating system, we are able to meet the customer's requirements for a specific coating material, starting with synthetic materials of domestic production to renowned coating materials from abroad, respectively, we recommend the most advantageous coating system.

As part of the implementation of the corrosion protection, we also provide our customers with consultation in the area of anti-corrosion protection with the design of a coating system that meets the customers' requirements for warranty and durability of the coating system.

We offer:

• surface preparation by blasting of steel constructions and technological equipment
• coatings with all kinds of coating materials including renowned coating materials from abroad
• metallization and galvanization in cooperation with proven suppliers
• spraying coating materials with WAGNER high-pressure paint spray systems
• When using a prescribed coating system with surface preparation by surface blasting to the degree of purity of Sa 2½ and
• by carrying out a primer with a high content of Zn or with metallization with a total coating thickness of 280 μm -
• we offer a warranty period of 60 months from the handover of the product.
